Code of conduct
Play hard. Be decent.
Compete fairly
No cheating, collusion, soft-throwing, or third-party tools that give an unfair advantage. Self-report results honestly. Disputes get resolved through the in-app process — not by raiding someone's DMs.
Respect other players
No harassment, slurs, hate speech, threats, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, or targeted abuse — in chat, in usernames, in deck names, in profile bios, in tournament chat, anywhere.
Keep it on-platform
Settle match issues through the report and dispute tools. If something rises to the level of real-world harm, contact moderators immediately and, when appropriate, local authorities.
Privacy and consent
Don't share screenshots, voice recordings, or personal info of other players without their consent. That includes match VODs of opponents who haven't agreed to be streamed.
Organizers and sponsors
Organizers are held to a higher standard. Don't use insider visibility for personal advantage. Sponsors follow the same conduct expectations as players.
Reporting
See something off? Use the Report button on a profile, tournament, or match — or file one directly from the help menu. Reports are reviewed by a human admin.
Enforcement
We use graduated enforcement: warning → temporary suspension → permanent ban for repeat or serious violations. Severe violations (threats, illegal content, targeted harassment) skip straight to the strongest response.
