Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fate League ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to create an account. Tournaments may have separate age requirements set by the organizer.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to: cheat, collude, harass other players, impersonate others, attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape data at scale, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. See the Code of Conduct for details.

You retain ownership of content you submit (deck lists, profile info, match notes). You grant Fate League a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

Tournaments are operated by community organizers. Fate League provides the platform but is not party to prize arrangements unless explicitly stated. Disputes follow the published dispute-resolution process.

Fate League is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers of the games hosted on it. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or the Code of Conduct. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fate League is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms; we'll surface material changes in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
