Who we are
Fate League is an independent community platform for competitive TCG and strategy tournaments.
What we collect
- Account info: email, display name, optional handle, optional avatar, optional Discord handle.
- Gameplay info: tournament registrations, match results, ratings, badges.
- Operational logs: anonymized error logs and (with your consent) anonymous product analytics.
- Essential cookies for session, security, and preferences.
Why we use it
To operate tournaments, show your standing on leaderboards, send notifications you opted into, and improve the platform.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We rely on (a) contract — to provide the service you signed up for, (b) consent — for non-essential cookies and marketing emails, and (c) legitimate interests — to keep the platform secure and reliable.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers strictly to run the service (database, auth, email delivery). We do not sell your personal data. Public profile data (handle, display name, ratings, public match results) is visible to other users.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, export, and delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Use Settings → Privacy to export or delete your data, or contact us via Discord.
Cookies
We use a small set of essential cookies for session and security. Optional analytics cookies require your consent and can be revoked anytime.
